At Shopping Infi, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find detailed information on our shipping policies and timelines.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India, covering metro cities, towns, and rural areas through our trusted courier partners.
Note: We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery Timeframes

These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to festivals, weather, or courier issues.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking ID.
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you can track your order via the link provided in your email/SMS.
- You can also track it in the “My Orders” section after logging into your account.
Undelivered Orders
If our courier partner is unable to reach you after 2–3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will initiate a refund (excluding shipping charges), or
- Re-attempt delivery if requested (additional charges may apply)
Important Notes
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- Delays beyond our control (strikes, natural calamities, etc.) will be communicated via email or SMS.
- If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
