1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Currently, we only provide modifications on shirts that our customers order. We are constantly working on these factors to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
- As of now, you can request a return or size exchange for shirts only, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- To initiate a return/exchange, email us at contact@shoppinginfi.com.
- Note: Reverse pickup is available in select areas.
Note: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available for eligible prepaid returns. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
Currently we offer a replacement for shirts only. Please email us at support@shoppinginfi.com or message us on WhatsApp with:
- Your Order ID
- A clear picture of the item received
- Description of the issue
We’ll resolve it ASAP by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
