1. What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in trendy, high-quality products that combine comfort and style. Our designs are inspired by modern streetwear, youth culture, and creativity, with a focus on premium fabrics and original artwork.


2. How do I place an order?

Ordering from Infishopping is simple:

  1. Browse our catalog and select your favorite product.
  2. Choose your preferred size and color (if available).
  3. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
  4. Fill in your shipping and payment details.
  5. Confirm your order — you’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after.

3. What sizes do you offer?

We offer unisex sizes ranging from S to XXL, depending on the design we try and offer the kind of product our beloved customers would prefer.


4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Currently, we only provide modifications on shirts that our customers order. We are constantly working on these factors to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on our products.


7. What are the delivery charges and timelines?

  • Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders are shipped via reliable courier partners with tracking.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website using the “Track My Order” section.


9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international customers soon.


10. What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Currently, you can request a return or size for shirts only, within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • To initiate a return/exchange, email us at contact@shoppinginfi.com.
  • Reverse pickup is available in select areas.

Note: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.


11. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are available for eligible prepaid returns. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer (if applicable). Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


12. I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

Please accept or apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly email us at contact@shoppinginfi.com or message us on WhatsApp with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear picture of the item received
  • Description of the issue

13. Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

We care about sustainability. While not all products are certified eco-friendly yet, we strive to use quality fabrics, reduce packaging waste, and work with ethical suppliers. Stay tuned for our upcoming sustainable collection!


14. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
